Patient Experience Assistant

Jenelle Remington serves as a Patient Experience Assistant at Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic in Rochester, NY. In her role, she works diligently to ensure that every patient receives personalized attention and care, contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that defines our practice.

With a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a minor in Juvenile Justice from Mercyhurst University, Jenelle brings a unique perspective to patient care, combining her understanding of public service with a commitment to community well-being. Her academic background has equipped her with strong analytical and communication skills that enhance her ability to serve our diverse patient population.

Jenelle is enthusiastic about working alongside our experienced team to create positive experiences for patients and contribute to the broader Rochester community. She shares our commitment to exceptional patient care and looks forward to helping ensure that every visit to our office is comfortable and welcoming.

Outside of the office, Jenelle enjoys spending time on the couch with her dogs or seeking her cats’ affection. Her love for animals extends beyond her own pets – she actively supports Ridge’s Rescue and other local animal shelters in their mission to care for animals in need.
