Steven Serfas, LMT, serves as a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist at Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic in Rochester, NY. With a strong focus on helping clients manage and overcome acute and chronic pain, Steven works to improve their quality of life by reducing stress and enhancing mobility through personalized massage treatments.

Steven became a licensed massage therapist after experiencing the benefits of massage therapy while working at an acupuncture clinic in Missouri. Inspired by the positive impact it had on patients' lives, he pursued his education at the Finger Lakes School of Massage. His advanced training includes deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, prenatal massage, Ashiatsu, and Lomi Lomi. These skills allow him to work effectively with a diverse range of clients, including those facing acute and chronic conditions, as well as athletes looking to improve performance or recover from injury.

Steven joined the Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic team in 2025 and brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to care. He takes great satisfaction in creating customized treatments for each client, drawing on his knowledge of numerous massage techniques to meet individual needs. Through his work, he not only alleviates pain but also empowers clients to fully engage in their favorite activities without restriction.

Steven remains deeply committed to enhancing the overall patient experience at the clinic and contributing to the well-being of the Greater Rochester community.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys hiking, swimming, gardening, and spending time in nature with his partner and two dogs. Before becoming a massage therapist, Steven attended culinary school and still enjoys cooking for friends and family, but has found his true passion in helping others through massage therapy.
