Patient Experience Assistant

Teresa Weinmann serves as Patient Experience Assistant at Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic in Rochester, NY. As the first friendly face patients encounter when they walk through the door, she is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for everyone, whether in person, or over the phone. She strives to support the team with day-to-day operations and keeping the practice running smoothly.

Teresa’s connection to Pinnacle Hill runs deep. Not only has she been a patient for many years, but she has known Dr. Mike, Dr. Sarah, and Lauren through Crossfit. When the opportunity to join the team arose, it felt like a natural fit.

Teresa brings a wealth of relevant experience with her. At age 16, she was a Chiropractic Assistant, where she spent eight years greeting patients, assisting chiropractors with patient care and therapies, setting up treatment plans, and managing front desk operations. Outside of chiropractic, Teresa is a full-time educator certified in Elementary and Special Education, with a BS in Elementary Education and an MS in Special Education. She has pursued leadership training and is trained by Partners in Restorative Initiatives (PiRI) in Community Building Circles, and has served as a mentor for new educators.

When she’s not working, Teresa loves spending quality time with her daughter, family, and friends. You can also find her taking on creative projects, attending game nights at her neighbor’s house, staying active at the gym, or getting lost in a good book.
