Sean Alcantara serves as a Virtual Patient Experience Assistant at Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic in Rochester, NY. Working behind the scenes, Sean manages the full lifecycle of patient visits, from scheduling and intake to insurance verification and checkout, ensuring a smooth experience for both patients and the clinical team.

Sean brings a strong background in medical administration and insurance coordination to his role. As an Insurance Specialist, he has developed expertise in verifying patient benefits, securing prior authorizations, and navigating complex insurance processes so that every visit is handled accurately and efficiently. His attention to detail helps keep the practice running smoothly and ensures patients experience no surprises on the billing side. Sean is also HIPAA certified and trained in insurance verification.

Professionally, Sean is known for working with integrity and heart. He is a compassionate listener who takes time to genuinely understand each patient’s situation, and he thrives in collaborative environments where knowledge and experience are shared openly across the team.

Outside of work, Sean is a man of many passions. He makes beats, sings, and is a devoted F1 and Marvel fan. He has a love for classic motorcycles and sport bikes, especially getting his hands on a build. He also enjoys anime and spending time with his dog. Sean is engaged and looks forward to getting married this July!
