Patient Experience Assistant

Alissa Domicello is one of the Patient Experience Assistants at Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic in Rochester, New York. Her primary goal is to ensure that all patients have a positive and seamless experience when visiting the office. She also assists Billing and Insurance Coordinator, Jen, with claims processing

Alissa comes to Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic with a strong background in the medical field. She graduated from BOCES with a Certification as a Pharmacy Technician. Prior to joining our team, she worked at Highland Hospital, where she gained valuable experience in patient-facing roles. In 2023, Alissa made the move to Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic, eager to apply her skills and passion for customer service in a chiropractic setting.

Alissa takes great pride in working alongside her colleagues. She is known for her warm and welcoming demeanor, as well as her attention to detail and ability to problem-solve efficiently.

When Alissa is not at work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. Her dog Dylan is her best friend. She also takes advantage of any opportunity to get out on a boat during the summer months.

Alissa looks forward to meeting new patients and being a part of their journey towards better health and wellness.
