Dr. Rachel Gianni is a highly skilled chiropractor based in Rochester, NY, with a passion for helping patients manage pain and regain function through personalized, evidence-informed care. With over a decade of experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, she brings both technical expertise and genuine compassion to every interaction.

Dr. Gianni's path to chiropractic was inspired by a desire to offer patients meaningful, non-invasive solutions to pain. She earned her bachelor's degree from St. John Fisher College and her Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2011. Since then, she has built a career positioned on patient-centered care and multidisciplinary collaboration. She holds certifications in Manipulation under Anesthesia from Southern California University of Health Sciences and is accredited in Pain Fiber Nerve Conduction Studies by the American Association of Sensory Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Her clinical expertise also includes Diversified, Flexion Distraction, Graston Technique, Myofascial Release, Activator Method, and Kinesiology Taping.

Prior to joining Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic in 2025, Dr. Gianni practiced at the Boev Clinic, where she specialized in managing complex cases, including pre- and post-operative spinal rehabilitation. She is also authorized by the New York State Workers' Compensation Board to treat injured workers, further supporting her commitment to helping patients recover and thrive.

In 2022, Dr. Gianni was recognized as Rochester's Best Chiropractor in the Democrat and Chronicle's Official Community Choice Awards—a reflection of both her clinical skill and the trust she's earned from the community.
