For nearly two decades, Jackie Zimmer has practiced massage therapy ranging from general relaxation to medical modalities for injury healing and prevention. She knows massage therapy plays a vital role in obtaining and maintaining optimal health and mobility. As a deep tissue and prenatal massage therapist, Jackie recognizes her clients as unique individuals and tailors her techniques to best suit their needs. Witnessing clients reach their goals and feel their best is very rewarding to Jackie.

Jackie was born and raised in Greece, New York.  She attended The New York Institute of Massage and graduated in 2004.  In 2008, she received her Associates Degree in Applied Science. Additionally, she also works as an advocate and support staff for individuals with developmental disabilities. In her free time, she enjoys yoga and other  forms of exercise. She loves spending time with her fur babies and catching up with family and friends.
