Kass Andolina is a Licensed Massage Therapist at Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic, where they work with patients experiencing both acute and chronic pain using a thoughtful, individualized blend of massage techniques. Kass also has a particular focus on supporting individuals who use chest binders and those who are post-operative following gender-affirming care, providing treatment that is both affirming and informed by lived experience.

Kass takes a trauma-informed approach to every session, prioritizing patient comfort, consent, and ongoing communication. They are known for their methodical treatment style and for creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and responsive to each patient’s needs. Education is an important part of Kass’s work, and they enjoy helping patients understand everyday practices that can extend the benefits of massage beyond the treatment room.

A 2015 graduate of the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, Kass has completed advanced training in Myofascial Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy (MAT), Lomi Lomi, and Prenatal Massage. They have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ patients and bring both professional training and personal insight to their care, particularly when supporting individuals navigating binder use and post-operative recovery.

Kass is currently working to deepen their involvement in the local LGBTQ+ community and expand their knowledge of post-operative treatment needs. They are also continuing their education to broaden their experience providing care for infants and children.

Outside of the clinic, Kass enjoys organizing and running Dungeons & Dragons campaigns and spending time with their three cats and their dog, Luna.
