Marketing & Operations Coordinator

Lauren is our Marketing and Operations Coordinator here at Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic in Rochester, NY. Her role encompasses all aspects of marketing, events, systems, processes, and a touch of HR. Lauren’s goal is to showcase Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic within the community and on social media, highlighting what makes our office and providers unique.

Lauren graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Business, Communication, and Marketing. Before joining Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic, she spent over 20 years in retail, working her way up from sales associate to Store Manager. She also has experience in beverage and food marketing, and had a short stint in nonprofit event planning.

Lauren’s journey with Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic began as a patient. After experiencing a sudden, mysterious pain that others were unable to diagnose, she sought care from Dr. Mike. Not only was he able to diagnose her, but his treatment reduced her symptoms and helped her return to the activities she loved in just a few weeks. Grateful for the care she received, Lauren referred many of her friends and jokingly suggested she get her own business cards. Two years later, in 2021, she officially joined the Pinnacle Hill team!

Lauren enjoys working alongside the staff to enhance the patient experience both inside the office and within the Greater Rochester community.

Outside of work, you can find Lauren merchandising at Ulta Beauty, volunteering on the board of the NOTA Business Association, walking with friends, or enjoying the many great restaurants and festivals in the area. When she’s not out and about, she’s at home binging early 2000s reruns with her rescue cats, Gus and Darla.
