Office Manager

Maria Burns serves as the Office Manager at Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic in Rochester, NY. She is dedicated to creating a safe, secure, and pleasant environment for both staff and patients. Maria takes pride in upholding the highest customer service standards and works diligently to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. She oversees front desk activities, making sure every detail is handled efficiently and effectively.

Maria graduated from Finger Lakes Community College with a degree in Criminal Justice. Before joining the team at Pinnacle Hill, Maria worked as a Front End Coordinator at a local Liquor & Wine store. These experiences equipped her with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, preparing her well for her current position.

In 2018, Maria became a part of the Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic team, where she has since played an integral role. She is passionate about making a positive impact on everyone who walks through our door. Maria looks forward to assisting each patient at Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic and is committed to ensuring that every visit is a positive and comfortable experience.

Outside of work, Maria treasures time spent with her family. She makes the most of any opportunity to be outside, whether it’s for a walk, hike, or simply enjoying nature.
