Thriving in Your Body: Energy, Exercise & Endometriosis
Join us for our first Rochester Endo Collective Quarterly Meeting, focused on helping individuals living with endometriosis better understand fluctuating energy levels, exercise tolerance, and how to approach movement in a supportive, sustainable way—without pressure, guilt, or rigid expectations.
This community-centered morning brings together women’s health providers from multiple disciplines for an educational panel discussion, followed by a 30-minute gentle Pilates class designed to help you reconnect with movement in a low-pressure, body-aware way.
What We’ll Be Exploring
Living with endometriosis can make energy levels and physical capacity feel unpredictable. This session is designed to help you better understand why that happens and how to work with your body instead of against it.
This event will include:
-
Education on how endometriosis, inflammation, hormones, and under-fueling can impact energy and exercise tolerance
-
Discussion on adapting movement for both higher-energy and lower-energy days
-
Reframing exercise as a tool for support, recovery, and nervous system regulation—not punishment
-
A gentle Pilates-based movement session to support symptom management, body awareness, and confidence with movement
All bodies, experience levels, and movement backgrounds are welcome.
