“I started seeing Dr. Tim three months ago and when I came in that first time, I was pretty wrecked. I could barely lift my arm and turning my head was a total non-starter, sleeping was next to impossible and the pain was intense. What I thought was a pinched nerve turned out to be a longer term problem and being able to talk it through with Dr. Tim, get some adjustments, and then work through exercises and better habits with him has given me my full range of motion back and has put a stop to the flare ups.”
