Dr. Kieran Villnave is a chiropractor at Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic in Rochester, NY. She is dedicated to providing inclusive and comprehensive care to individuals from all walks of life. Her goal is to help create an environment that prioritizes understanding and respecting each patient’s unique needs and experiences.
Dr. Kieran discovered her passion for chiropractic care in high school after learning of its benefits during a specialized health program. At the same time, her mother was suffering with severe musculoskeletal pain after resuming regular activity post chemo. Since then, she’s been passionate about empowering her patients by sharing the tools and knowledge needed to maintain a healthy, active life.
Dr. Kieran has been actively involved in chiropractic practice since the age of 15, gaining experience through internships and being a patient herself. She earned her Bachelor of Clinical Science from Keuka College in 2019 and her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northeast College of Health Sciences in 2021. Her career started in an orthopedic rehabilitation clinic in Vermont, where she honed her skills in diagnosis, injury rehabilitation, and post-surgical care. In 2024, she joined Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic.

Dr. Kieran is certified as an Active Release Techniques® (ART®) Certified Provider and holds certifications in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, NASM Flexibility Coaching, Whole Foods Nutrition, and Sports and Human Performance.
Dr. Kieran truly enjoys working with her patients and is committed to enhancing their lives and through evidence-based care. Her treatment is rooted in empathy, active listening and tailored treatment designed to promote optimal health and recovery. Her patients notice and appreciate her personalized approach and dedication to their care.
Outside of work, Dr. Kieran enjoys spending time with her dog Rosco, family, and friends. She also loves spending time outdoors hiking and paddle boarding.
