Dr. Sarah Tirimacco is a chiropractor in Rochester, NY, specializing in women’s health, including prenatal and postpartum care. Her goal is to support her patients through their prenatal and postpartum journeys with chiropractic care and personalized rehabilitation strategies.

Dr. Sarah became a chiropractor after suffering from tension headaches and migraines as a child, teenager, and young adult. Her own experience with chiropractic care played a pivotal role in pursuing a career in the field.

As Dr. Sarah’s career progressed, she developed a deep passion for helping pregnant individuals navigate the physical challenges of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She strives to provide comprehensive care for neuromusculoskeletal complaints and beyond, drawing on her extensive training in prenatal care, postpartum rehabilitation, strength training, postpartum exercise and pelvic health.

She graduated with honors from The University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology, and later earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College, now Northeast College of Health Sciences. Board-certified in both the US and Canada, Dr. Sarah is licensed to practice in the state of New York. Dr. Sarah Tirimacco is currently pursuing her Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.

Her personal experience with endometriosis, diagnosed in June 2023, has driven her to explore how chiropractic care, manual therapy, and rehabilitation can alleviate endometriosis symptoms. In 2024 she also co-founded the Rochester Endo Collective, a monthly support group for those who have been diagnosed with or believe they may have endometriosis.

Committed to the health and well-being of her patients, Dr. Sarah aims to provide each patient with an understanding of their pain, education about their condition, and a tailored treatment plan to help them feel better.

Outside of Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic, Dr. Sarah enjoys spending time outside, traveling and going to concerts with her husband, Dr. Mike. She looks forward to enhancing the lives of those in the community and can’t wait to meet new patients.

Our blogs on prenatal and postpartum care in Rochester NY
“Dr. Sarah has been a very positive and supportive addition to my postpartum experience. She has helped me ‘reset’ physically after the crazy event that is birth, learn how to healthfully move postpartum (hello, car seats and 17lb babies!), address some random knee issues that cropped up AND address some longstanding hip issues that I thought were beyond remedying.”
