Dr. Rachel Stummer is a chiropractor and clinical nutritionist in Rochester, NY specializing in working with prenatal and postpartum individuals, as well as active and general population patients. Within her nutrition practice, she also provides support for those seeking nutrition counseling and overall health. Dr. Rachel uses nutrition to reduce symptoms of hormone imbalances, inflammation conditions, GI complaints, and elevated blood glucose levels.
Dr. Rachel chose chiropractic care to help others better understand their bodies. She aims to improve autonomy and body awareness in her patients. Since becoming a chiropractor, she has focused on educating and supporting her patients throughout their wellness journey. Dr. Rachel always strives to lead by example in her practice.
In 2020, Dr. Rachel graduated from New York Chiropractic College, now Northeast College of Health Sciences. She earned a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition. She is also Webster Certified through the ICPA and has completed extensive coursework through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. She joined Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic in late 2020.
Dr. Rachel is passionate about her work and is committed to enhancing the lives of her community members. She believes in promoting sustainable wellness and compassionate living. Her patients appreciate her dedication and the passion she brings to her practice.
Advanced Training:
Outside of work, Dr. Rachel enjoys practicing yoga and supporting local businesses. Currently, Dr. Rachel is completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training. She also engages in at-home movement practice on Range by Kara Duval. Dr. Rachel loves hiking and camping around New York state with her boyfriend Nate. She also enjoys cuddling with her cat Henry and learning how to garden. Dr. Rachel prioritizes slowing down to appreciate the small moments in life. This principle is something she encourages her patients to embrace as well.
Dr. Rachel looks forward to meeting new patients and helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.
